We are COR, ComplyWorks and ISNetworld certified. *Full Time Office Administrator* Axis Vac is seeking a business minded reliable candidate to join our staff and help grow our successful business as we meet the needs of our customers. We are currently seeking a 3/4 time / full time office administrator to help us with the day to day business. We are looking for someone who can work efficiently and reliably with little supervision and assist at other tasks when necessary. *Requirements* * Filing and organizing invoices and expenses * Proficient in the use of Quickbooks online and HubDoc * Data entry in excel for tracking purposes * Printing and photocopying of documents as needed * Organization of files, invoices and expenses * Must possess excellent communication skills * Ability to multi-task and prioritize * Good time management and organization * Computer proficient (QBO, HubDoc, Microsoft) * Possess great attention to detail. * Valid driver's license Axis Vac offers competitive salary packages, benefits and a great work environment.
