*Job Overview* We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You will assist customers in selecting products, handling transactions, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. A passion for trading card games, board games, Lego, collectibles, sales and a knack for communication are essential for success in this position. *Duties* * Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in product selection. * Demonstrate product features and benefits to enhance customer understanding. * Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties. * Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process sales. * Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices. * Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing displays and inputting stock in to the system. * Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and improve customer satisfaction. * Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive experience. * Pulling online orders accurately. * Shipping orders to customers, Tracked and regular post mail. * Cleaning the store (ie Windex counters, Dusting, Vacuuming and sweeping) *Qualifications* * Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. * Sales experience is a plus, particularly in trading card games and collectibles. * Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing. * Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous. * Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to better serve diverse customers is a bonus. * A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work as part of a team are essential traits for success in this role.
