We take pride in delivering outstanding patient care in a positive, supportive workplace. The right candidate would be someone who is outgoing, confident, and willing to learn. At least one year of experience would be preferred. Having experience with ClearDent software is an asset. Dental office receptionist's duties are including but not limited to: -Being professional, -Being responsible for the smooth operation of the reception area, -Booking appointments, answering phones, collecting payments. -Creating proper documentation, -Determining and confirming insurance coverage, checking coverage for following day including pre authorizations, explaining costs and insurability to patients, and assisting with billing, -Maintaining and balancing cash records, -Receiving and providing information to patients, -Communicating clearly, listening accurately, being open to feedback, handling conflict appropriately -Ability to work independently. As a Dental Receptionist , you should be able to build trust with patients of all ages.
