Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Coordinator manages departmental workflow, websites, vendor follow-up, lead distribution, campaign execution, reporting preparation, email marketing, partnerships and project tracking. The successful candidate will be highly organized, technically capable and comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced dealership environment. The coordinator will communicate directly with dealership managers, employees, agencies and vendors to ensure marketing work is properly documented, completed accurately and followed through to resolution.
