Working within a collaborative Adoption and Support team, you'll combine hands-on data engineering expertise with a passion for learning, coaching and knowledge sharing. A significant portion of this role focuses on enabling the broader data community—including data scientists, analysts, business intelligence professionals and other data consumers—to successfully adopt new tools, technologies, databases and ways of working. You'll design and deliver engaging learning experiences, create practical training materials, provide ongoing mentorship and support, and act as a trusted technical resource for teams adopting FCC's modern data platform. Through training, coaching and hands-on guidance, you'll help build data capabilities across the organization and accelerate the success of FCC's data modernization initiatives. In addition to enablement and mentorship activities, you'll contribute to the development, enhancement and ongoing support of FCC's data platform by creating and maintaining AWS resources, onboarding new data sources, provisioning access, improving data pipelines and supporting the delivery of scalable data solutions.
