*Overview* We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Class 1 Driver to join our logistics team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for safely operating heavy-duty commercial vehicles to transport freight efficiently across various routes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be a key player in our supply chain operations, contributing to the seamless movement of goods and supporting our company?s growth. *Duties* * Safely operate Class 1 commercial trucks, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations * Transport freight between distribution centers, warehouses, and customer locations with precision and professionalism * Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles, including checking brakes, lights, tires, and load security * Use forklift and heavy equipment as needed for loading and unloading cargo efficiently * Maintain accurate documentation of deliveries, pickups, and vehicle logs in compliance with company policies * Assist with minor automotive repairs or troubleshooting vehicle issues to ensure optimal operation * Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, and team members to coordinate schedules and resolve any issues promptly *Requirements* * Valid Class 1 Commercial Driver?s License (CDL) with a clean driving record * Proven experience in commercial driving, freight transportation, or related roles * Proficiency in operating heavy equipment such as forklifts and other loading machinery * Knowledge of automotive repair basics for troubleshooting vehicle concerns on the road * Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy loads and performing vehicle inspections * Strong understanding of safety protocols and compliance standards within transportation industry * Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude towards safety and customer service Join us as a Class 1 Driver and become an essential part of our logistics team!
