*DZ 18 SPEED ROLL-OFF DUMP TRUCK DRIVER NEEDED!!!* *Job Overview* We are seeking a dependable and experienced Roll Off Truck Driver to join our team. This role involves operating heavy-duty trucks to transport and dispose of 40-50 yard bin waste or recyclable materials efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will have strong driving skills, physical stamina for heavy lifting, and a commitment to safety standards. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on timely service delivery and operational excellence. *Duties* * Safely operate roll-off trucks to pick up, transport, and deliver waste containers to designated disposal or recycling sites * Load and unload containers using hydraulic systems, ensuring proper placement and securement * Safely operate a manual transmission vehicle * Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle * Conduct routine inspections of the truck before and after shifts to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations * Perform basic maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptly * Assist with the loading and unloading of materials when necessary, including heavy lifting of containers or debris * Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and mileage in accordance with company policies * Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws during operations to ensure personal safety and that of others on the road * *Experience* * Valid commercial driver?s license (DZ )with a clean driving record is required * Must have 3-5 years of experience in commercial driving. * Prior experience operating roll-off trucks or similar heavy-duty vehicles is preferred * Ability to perform heavy lifting safely, often handling large containers or debris * Strong driving skills with knowledge of local traffic laws and safety regulations * Physical stamina for extended periods of driving and manual handling tasks * Commitment to safety standards and excellent customer service skills are essential for success in this role Pay: $30.00-$32.00 per hour Benefits: * Casual dress * On-site parking Work Location: In person Location Toronto , ON Work location On site Salary $ 30.00 to $ 32.00 HOUR hourly Terms of employment Permanent employment Full time Starts as soon as possible vacancies 1 vacancy Source indeed.com #10228570509 Various locations Toronto, ON
