Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Recommend measures to improve productivity . Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions. Train or arrange for training. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Read blueprints and electrical schematics.
