Role Overview We are looking for a Sales Representative responsible for developing and managing bar and restaurant accounts within BGC and Makati. The role involves field sales, account prospecting, product presentations, relationship management, and securing orders from target establishments. This is a 3-month engagement, with the possibility of continuation based on performance and business needs. Key Responsibilities Prospect and identify potential bar and restaurant accounts within BGC and Makati. Conduct field visits, particularly during evening hours, to meet target accounts and decision-makers. Present products, pricing, promotions, and commercial terms to prospective clients. Negotiate product listings, menu placements, and promotional activations. Build and maintain strong relationships with bar and restaurant accounts. Follow up on leads, quotations, product presentations, and prospective orders. Address customer concerns and coordinate timely resolution of account issues. Monitor sales activities, pipeline, account status, and orders through the company CRM. Achieve a monthly sales target of at least 10 bar/restaurant accounts generating orders. Ensure compliance with applicable alcohol licensing, advertising, and responsible alcohol service requirements. Provide regular updates and reports on account visits, sales activities, and results. Qualifications Preferably residing in or near BGC or Makati due to the field-based nature of the role. Previous experience in sales, account management, business development, or FMCG/hospitality sales is an advantage. Strong relationship-building, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Pleasant and professional personality with the confidence to approach and engage business owners, managers, and purchasing decision-makers. Comfortable conducting field visits during evening/night hours, particularly when visiting bars and restaurants. Results-oriented and motivated to meet sales targets. Organized and comfortable tracking leads, accounts, and sales activities using a CRM. Professional, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and applicable alcohol-related regulations is an advantage. Willing to travel within BGC and Makati for client visits.
