Job Summary We are looking for a sharp, fast-learning PR & Marketing Executive to own how MixWork presents itself, from corporate documentation through to the campaigns that reach buyers in Singapore, Australia, and the UAE. You will manage our corporate documents and rewrite them into sales-ready collateral, while running the PR, content, and digital marketing that generates qualified interest. Closing sits with the sales team; your job is to generate and equip that pipeline. Responsibilities Corporate Documentation: Own and maintain MixWork’s corporate documentation across the Singapore and Indonesia entities, with accurate version control and strict confidentiality. Strategic Copywriting: Turn formal corporate and legal documents into clear, persuasive client-facing collateral without losing factual accuracy. Public Relations: Build and protect MixWork’s public voice across Singapore, Australia, and the UAE through media and partner communications, thought-leadership, and company announcements. Marketing & Content: Run organic and paid campaigns on LinkedIn and Google, own the content calendar, and maintain search visibility for high-intent terms such as employer of record Indonesia and hire remote staff Indonesia. Sales Collateral: Produce and refine the assets the commercial team sells with: one-pagers, cost comparison models, regional FAQs, and onboarding walkthroughs. Lead Generation Support: Qualify inbound and campaign-generated enquiries, hand them to the sales team with clean notes, and report campaign contribution to pipeline. Experience: At least 3 years in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or B2B Marketing, ideally within HR outsourcing, EOR, BPO, recruitment, or professional services. Language Skills: Exceptional written and verbal Business English, strong enough to produce publication-ready copy for an international audience. Documentation Capability: Proven ability to handle corporate secretarial or formal business documentation with precision and discretion. Digital & CRM Proficiency: Hands-on with a CRM such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce, plus LinkedIn campaign tools and working knowledge of SEO. Cognitive Agility: A fast learner who picks up new service lines and market conditions quickly and works well with light supervision.
