The Sales Project Staff is in charge of accurately encoding and processing purchase orders, monitoring order status, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth sales operations. The role serves as a key point of coordination between customers and internal departments by responding to inquiries, tracking deliveries, and ensuring that all purchase order records are updated accurately and in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities Accurately encode and process purchase orders in the company's system. Monitor the status of purchase orders and ensure timely updates. Respond promptly and professionally to sales team's emails and inquiries. Coordinate with various departments regarding order status, delivery schedules, and customer concerns. Maintain organized and accurate records of transactions and documentation. Verify information entered into the system to ensure accuracy and completeness. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Willing to work on a project-based employment arrangement. Willing to work on-site in either Porac, Pampanga or Santa Rosa, Laguna.
