Develop and execute the company's business development strategy to drive sustainable revenue growth and expand market presence. Lead, coach, and manage the Business Development team to ensure individual and team sales targets are consistently achieved. Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and key accounts aligned with the company's growth objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, principals, and strategic partners while overseeing client retention and long-term account development. Establish sales objectives, monitor team performance, and implement action plans to improve productivity and conversion rates. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify business opportunities and recommend strategic initiatives. Oversee the preparation of sales forecasts, pipeline reviews, performance reports, and business presentations for senior management. Ensure the sales process is standardized, efficient, and compliant with company policies and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Marketing, Product, Finance, and other stakeholders, to develop client solutions and support successful project implementation. Lead negotiations for strategic accounts and provide guidance on complex commercial discussions and contract management. Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring consistent achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual business objectives. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by optimizing sales processes, implementing best practices, and leveraging market intelligence to enhance business performance. Support budgeting, resource planning, and sales capacity planning to meet business growth targets. Mentor team members through regular coaching, performance reviews, and development plans to strengthen capabilities and succession readiness. Participate in strategic business initiatives and perform other leadership responsibilities as assigned to support organizational objectives Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field. Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or a related commercial role, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or team leadership position. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales, revenue, and business growth targets. Strong experience in developing business strategies, identifying new market opportunities, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle. Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing sales or business development teams. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships with clients and business partners. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to interpret market trends, sales data, and business performance metrics. Experience preparing sales forecasts, pipeline reports, business cases, and presentations for senior management. Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) and experienced in using CRM systems and sales reporting tools. Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Self-driven, results-oriented, and adaptable, with a strong commercial mindset and customer-focused approach. Willing to travel for client meetings, business development activities, or company events when required.
