Build positive engagement with followers and potential students through interactive digital activities. Create and upload branding, promotional, and campaign content following brand guidelines. Monitor digital trends, competitor activities, and provide insights for content improvement. Handle enquiries from the website and official WhatsApp quickly and professionally. Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Service to ensure leads are managed effectively. Prepare monthly reports on social media performance, engagement, and digital leads. Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in Communication, Journalism, or related fields. Fresh graduates are welcome, preferably with experience in managing social media or digital engagement projects. 1–2 years of experience in managing social media platforms, digital campaigns, or online communities, with familiarity in analytics tools. Experience in customer engagement, digital response handling, or managing website/WhatsApp enquiries is a strong advantage. Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and trend tracking. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive in digital interaction and content engagement.
