Develop and execute marketing strategies and plans for clinical diagnostics, IVD, laboratory, and healthcare product portfolios. Manage product portfolios, including product positioning, market development, product launches, and product performance monitoring. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer mapping to identify business opportunities and market trends. Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, laboratories, clinics, healthcare professionals, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). Support and coordinate product launches, seminars, workshops, exhibitions, product demonstrations, and other promotional activities. Collaborate closely with Sales, Application, Regulatory, and other cross-functional teams to support product commercialization and achieve business targets. Provide product training, presentations, sales support, and market insights to internal teams and customers. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (S1/S2) in Medical Laboratory Technology, Medical Laboratory Science, Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biomedical Science, Pharmacy, Marketing, Business, or other relevant disciplines in healthcare, life sciences, medical technology, diagnostics, or marketing. Minimum 1 year of professional experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, Product Specialist, Product Executive, Product Development, Marketing, Application Specialist, or related roles, preferably within the In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD), clinical diagnostics, medical devices, laboratory, healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life science industry. Experience or strong understanding of In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD), clinical laboratory products, diagnostic instruments, laboratory analyzers, reagents, consumables, test kits, molecular diagnostics, immunoassay, clinical chemistry, hematology, microbiology, or other laboratory diagnostic solutions is highly preferred. Demonstrated experience in developing, implementing, and executing product marketing strategies, marketing plans, product launches, and go-to-market strategies for healthcare, clinical, diagnostic, laboratory, or medical products. Experienced in conducting market research, market analysis, competitor analysis, customer analysis, market mapping, market potential assessment, and identifying business opportunities within the healthcare, diagnostics, laboratory, or medical device market. Experience working closely with Sales, Business Development, Application, Technical Support, Regulatory Affairs, and other cross-functional teams to support product commercialization and business growth. Able to provide product knowledge, product training, sales training, product presentations, demonstrations, and technical-commercial support to sales teams, customers, healthcare professionals, laboratories, hospitals, clinics, or other healthcare institutions. Experience engaging with hospitals, clinical laboratories, diagnostic centers, healthcare providers, laboratory professionals, doctors, pathologists, medical professionals, distributors, or other healthcare stakeholders is an advantage. Familiarity with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, laboratory networks, hospitals, diagnostic laboratories, and healthcare institutions is preferred. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, analytical, project management, and interpersonal skills. Willing to travel for business purposes to meet customers, visit hospitals and laboratories, conduct product presentations or demonstrations, attend exhibitions, training, conferences, and other business activities as required. Good command of English, both written and spoken, is preferred, particularly for communication with international principals, manufacturers, or business partners.
