Leverage AI/ML capabilities in ServiceNow to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency. Continuously explore AI-enabled features to improve workflow intelligence and predictive analytics. Integration & Collaboration: Integrate ServiceNow with external systems and third-party applications via REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and middleware tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT operations, business stakeholders, and product owners to deliver end-to-end solutions. Support Agile development practices, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective sessions. Troubleshooting & Optimization: Identify and resolve technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and configuration errors. Ensure ServiceNow instances are optimized, secure, and compliant with best practices. Provide support for production issues and assist in release management. Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Create and maintain technical documentation for solutions, workflows, and integrations. Share knowledge with peers and mentor junior developers on best practices and coding standards.
