Job description Trouble shoots day-to-day sales issues at the customers place Analyses and highlights to the Area sales Manager complex Sales/technical issues. Plans and visits the customer vendor sites for resolution of routine Sales issues. Monitors, checks and documents payments, bill details, overdue, short payment, delivery status. Liaise with TSS person in smooth operation of paint Line. Reduce NM/SM stock, forecasting regular orders in system and introduce new shade trial runs Key Responsibilities: Resolves day-to-day sales issues from the process to maximize sales and achieve target budget. Monitoring overdue/outstanding and payment collection from the customers. Checks and modifies the customers order based on requirement. Updates technical/SCPC of fresh requirement, technical issues etc on regular bases. Monitors stock level and liquidation of SM/NM Stock.
