SAP CX Consultant

Description We are seeking an experienced SAP CX Consultant to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Customer Experience solutions, helping clients to optimize their customer engagement processes. Responsibilities Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and provide SAP CX solutions. Configure and customize SAP CX applications to meet client needs. Conduct system testing and user acceptance testing to ensure high-quality deliverables. Provide training and support to end-users post-implementation. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP CX products and industry trends. Skills and Qualifications 6-12 years of experience in SAP Customer Experience (CX) solutions. Strong knowledge of SAP CX modules such as SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP Sales Cloud, and SAP Service Cloud. configuration experience in SAP CRM on Prem/SAP C4C/SAP Service or Sales Cloud Modules, implementations and configuration of SAP CX modules Experience with SAP integration technologies and methodologies. Proficient in conducting workshops and gathering business requirements. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interaction.
