ServiceNow – CMDB Analyst

· Minimum 4 years of applied work experience in managing ServiceNow CMDB · Good understanding of IT Infrastructure services (i.e., compute, storage, network services), Endpoint equipment and Business services (application service, service offering etc.) · Proficient in performing data management tasks (data load and update) in ServiceNow Configuration management (CMDB) application · Should be able to validate and cleanse data from authoritative sources before updating into ServiceNow CMDB · Experience with ServiceNow Multisource CMDB and Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE) capabilities · Experience in leveraging the capabilities of the ServiceNow CMDB, Common Service Data Model (CSDM), interactions with ServiceNow ITSM, ITAM, and ServiceNow Reporting. · Experience with ServiceNow CMDB integration methods and should be able to provide guidance on data cleanup activities in integrated tools · Strong written/verbal communication skills and ability to coordinate directly with global clients · Certified in ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Fundamentals, ServiceNow CSA (preferred) · ITIL4 foundations certification preferred
