Key Responsibilities · Design, develop, configure, and customize nCino solutions on the Salesforce platform. · Implement and enhance nCino modules including Commercial Lending, Customer Onboarding, Loan Origination, Deposit Account Opening, Treasury Management, and Portfolio Management. · Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flows, and Salesforce declarative capabilities. · Integrate nCino with enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party services. · Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, business analysts, architects, and QA teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. · Participate in solution design, code reviews, performance optimization, and technical governance. · Support Agile delivery by participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and release activities. · Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable fixes. · Ensure adherence to Salesforce, nCino, security, and enterprise development best practices. · Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance across project teams. Required Skills · 8+ years of IT experience with at least 4+ years of hands-on nCino development . · Strong experience with Salesforce Platform including Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, Flows, Process Automation, and Lightning Experience. · Hands-on experience implementing nCino Banking solutions. · Experience with Salesforce Security Model, Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, and Role Hierarchies. · Strong understanding of banking and financial services processes, particularly Commercial Lending, Loan Origination, Deposits, and Customer Onboarding. · Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, integration patterns, and middleware platforms. · Knowledge of CI/CD, Git, Copado, Gearset, Azure DevOps, or similar DevOps tools. · Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications · Salesforce Platform Developer I/II Certification. · nCino Certification(s) (Administrator and/or Commercial Banking). · Experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC) is an added advantage. · Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery methodology. · Familiarity with banking regulations, compliance, and secure application development practices.
