This role requires continuous engagement with evolving project needs, ensuring that solutions are tailored effectively to support organizational goals. The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to understand requirements, refining application features, and ensuring seamless integration within existing systems. Attention to detail and adaptability are key as the developer navigates through different phases of application development to deliver functional and efficient solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Lead the development and implementation of application features to ensure alignment with business objectives. Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and deliverables. Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their technical skills and project contributions. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Conga CPQ. Strong knowledge of application design principles and configuration best practices within Salesforce environments. Experience in customizing and extending Salesforce Conga CPQ to meet complex business needs. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application performance and integration. Familiarity with software development lifecycle processes and agile methodologies. Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Salesforce Conga CPQ. This position is based at our Ahmedabad office. A 15 years full time education is required.
