What You'll Do To execute flowless supplier qualification and identify the gaps in supplier Quality system - Quality, Delivery and operational alignment with Eaton manufacturing sites, communicate back to supplier & take follow up for improvement actions. Ensure supplier training and actions implemented in respective process for defect free product supply with aiming overall supplier performance improvement Follow up, evaluate and work on the approval of PPAP from external and internal suppliers from all Electrical Sector America's sites Identify, investigate, and Resolve Supplier Technical and/or System issues related to product or process realization to have effective closures. Analyzes Supplier Issues, use of statistical and analytical tools for Supplier Improvement. Implement measures to improve CAR/CAPA, Process efficiency and engage Team to achieve Goals for on time closures Trouble shoot flawless closures in coordination with global stake holders. Assist in data analysis and business growth for various supplier Quality process Anticipate customer requirements and provide customer centric solutions. Work as a co- coordinator between suppliers and internal functions/plants (Engineering, Plants, Operations, etc.) to clarify requirements, eliminate confusion, and improve closure lead time and accuracy. Understand customer requirement and quick turnaround time on adhoc requests. Monitor and communicate supplier performance of all key suppliers. Support and lead process transitions through on time and accurate documentation, Lead projects in team and act as SPOC for multiple sites and customers. Identify, investigate, and Resolve Supplier Technical and/or System issues related to product or process realization to have effective closures - Change managements and correlation issues Ensure strong engagement with all affected site Quality, SQE, SDE, SCM, CM and Engineering team. Encourage & implement Continuous Improvement culture within team & at supplier end. Qualifications BE in (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering) Minimum 48 years of experience in Supplier Development and Quality and Manufacturing / or Process Engineering Skills Experience in working with global customers & suppliers. Knowledge of problem solving tools, CI tools (Six Sigma,Kaizen&A3), APQP, PPAP, Core Tools ,GD&T and AIAG. Working knowledge on Supplier change management(Process& Systems), statistical tools including SPC, Gauge R&R and manufacturing processes such as Electrical and Electronic components (PCBA's and transformers is preferred)/Molding/Precision machining/Casting /Forging /Stamping is preferred as per sequence. Knowledge on supplier special processes like Heat treatment,Coating and plating will be an added advantage Knowledge on digital tools Effective Communication and presentation skills, Influencing skills,Interpersonal skills Strong Accountability and Escalation Management Time / Priority Management, Decision Making and Problem Solving Effective Collaboration & Cross Cultural Teamwork

Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully.
