About the Role You will join a long-term assignment in a public-sector environment where Dynamics 365 plays an important role in services that impact citizens. The role suits you who combine deep technical expertise with strong business understanding and who enjoy working across the full development lifecycle, from solution design and development to deployment and ongoing support. You will work in a setting where both legacy and modern platforms matter. A big part of the challenge is to develop and improve robust on-premises Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions while also contributing with knowledge of Dynamics 365 Online and Power Platform to support future cloud migration. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, help shape technical direction, and contribute to solutions that need to be scalable, maintainable, and closely aligned with business needs. This is an interesting role for you if you want to combine senior CRM development with meaningful public-sector work and a technical landscape spanning both on-premises and cloud. Job Description You will develop and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions in on-premises environments. You will solve complex technical challenges with clear business impact and help turn requirements into effective technical solutions. You will work across the full delivery lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand priorities and support the planning of solutions. You will contribute to technical architecture, solution design, and integration work in on-premises server environments. You will build and maintain plugins, workflows, and integrations using web services and APIs. You will support the team with senior technical guidance and help drive high-quality, maintainable deliveries. Requirements At least 5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 CE Online development. Extensive experience in on-premises development using Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dynamics CRM. Experience with Dynamics CE on-premises implementation. Experience working with Dynamics 365 CE within sales, marketing, and service. Good knowledge of C# and .NET. Good knowledge of JavaScript. Good experience with SQL Server. Good experience with web services. Good experience with WCF/SOAP. Good experience with REST API / Web API. Experience in plugin development and workflow development. Experience with Power Apps and Power Flow. Strong experience in integration and system development within on-premises server environments. Ability to work across the entire system development lifecycle and collaborate closely with both business and technical stakeholders. Fluent Swedish and English, written and spoken. Nice to have Experience developing cloud-based solutions using Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Online to support cloud migration initiatives. Experience from municipal or government organisations. Experience leading or coordinating development teams.
