Role Scope & Responsibilities As a Fullstack Developer, you'll be responsible for developing, maintaining and improving both frontend and backend solutions across company's digital platforms. · Develop new functionality across frontend, backend, infrastructure and integrations · Improve and maintain our internal applications · Build, maintain and optimise APIs and integrations between different systems · Contribute to architecture discussions and technical decision-making · Improve performance, scalability, security and cost efficiency of our platforms · Design and maintain event-driven integrations, scheduled jobs, queue-based processing and synchronous/asynchronous system flows · Debug and monitor distributed systems using logs, metrics and monitoring tools · Work with CI/CD pipelines, deployments and multiple development environments · Reduce technical debt and continuously improve code quality and maintainability · Continuously improve ways of working and engineering best practices Qualifications · At least 3 years of experience in a similar Fullstack Developer role · Experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript development · Strong knowledge of React and Node.js · Experience building frontend and backend applications using modern web technologies · Experience working with REST APIs, integrations and API contracts · Experience with serverless architectures and cloud-based solutions · Good understanding of distributed systems, event-driven architecture and asynchronous processing · Experience working with NoSQL databases · Experience with Git, code reviews and collaborative software development · Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing and deployment processes · Knowledge of application security, authentication, authorization and IAM · You communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing. Swedish and Chinese language skills are a plus
