What you will do; Keep all kitchen areas, equipment, crockery and utensils clean, tidy and well-organised Help chefs check, accept and correctly store incoming deliveries Dispose of kitchen waste and recyclables safely and responsibly Assist chefs with food preparation tasks when required Support the smooth running of kitchen operations during busy service periods Follow food safety, hygiene and health and safety procedures at all times Work closely with the kitchen team and support colleagues where needed What you will bring: We provide full training, but previous kitchen or hospitality experience is a plus Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment A good eye for cleanliness and hygiene A team-first attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed Reliability, flexibility and a positive approach to work The ability to follow procedures and work safely Sodexo and our clients are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and adults within a regulated activity.
