In order to work in Ireland a non-EEA National, unless they are exempted, must hold a valid employment permit. Key Responsibilities: - Demand Analysis: Evaluating market demand to determine the types, standards, and costs of services to be offered. - Resource Management: Assessing and planning for financial, staffing, material, and other short- and long-term requirements. - Customer Comfort: Ensuring the physical comfort of residents - Financial Oversight: Arranging for the timely payment of bills, maintaining accounts, and ensuring adherence to licensing and other statutory regulations. - Any other jobs required by management. Other Duties: - Ensuring that safety of guests & team members at all times, following fire & health and safety procedures. - Welcome & check-in any customers arriving late and check-out customers. - To be responsible for the fire and emergency alarm systems. - To ensure all night staff are trained in emergency procedures, and their individual departmental procedures. - Ensure that all checklists are completed by night porter assistant, before the end of the shift. - Ensuring that any queries received overnight are dealt with in accordance with company policy. - To manage any late bar requests in accordance with licensing legislation. - Perform fire safety checks and overnight security checks.
