Start : 14/9 Training online. One week to spend in Varna after the training for the nesting phase. Afterwards anywhere in Bulgaria! We are partnering with a leading international customer experience provider to recruit German-speaking Customer Support Advisors for a telecommunications project in Bulgaria. This is a remote position within Bulgaria, combining customer service, technical troubleshooting, and light sales. You’ll support German-speaking customers with their mobile services, billing questions, and technical issues while identifying opportunities to recommend suitable additional products. Important: While the role is remote, candidates must be available to complete 1 week of on-site nesting in Varna after the initial remote training period. The role operates Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with rotating shifts between 09:00 and 19:00. Your Role - Support German-speaking customers via phone and email - Resolve technical, billing, and general service enquiries - Handle complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution - Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate more complex cases when necessary - Accurately document customer interactions and relevant information - Identify opportunities to recommend and cross-sell suitable products and services - Deliver a consistently high-quality customer experience while meeting performance standards Your Qualifications - German C1 - English B1 or above - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Customer-focused and comfortable handling complaints - Interest in troubleshooting and technical support - Previous customer service or contact centre experience is an advantage, but not required - Based in Bulgaria or willing to relocate The Offer - Remote working model within Bulgaria, with only 1 week of mandatory on-site nesting in Varna - Indefinite employment contract - Competitive salary plus performance bonus - Uncapped sales bonus, averaging approximately €200/month - Relocation package for eligible EU citizens, including transportation reimbursement and a €260/month accommodation allowance for the first 3 months - Meal allowance - Private health insurance - Multisport and/or Coolfit card - Access to an online learning platform - Monday to Friday schedule – weekends off - Comprehensive training and long-term career development opportunities Homeoffice: Umfang: Maximal 100%
