Berlin | Permanent | Full-time | Onsit Role About the team The Embedded Marketing team sits within the broader Engagement organisation at SumUp, working at the intersection of brand, CRM, and customer communications. We're responsible for the design infrastructure that powers how millions of small business owners experience SumUp across email, in-app messages, promotional banners, and campaign landing pages. What you'll do Own the end-to-end design process for CRM communications across email, in-app, inbox, promotional banners, and campaign landing pages Build and maintain CRM templates in Figma, including components, channel-specific guidelines, and a visual asset library that non-designers can navigate independently Translate brand guidelines into every CRM channel, acting as the quality gate before assets go live on high-visibility campaigns such as newsletters and brand campaigns Collaborate closely with CRM Content Managers and Strategists to bring briefs to life, managing a consistent weekly delivery cycle across multiple concurrent requests Monitor design trends and proactively propose improvements to CRM's design language and visual standards You'll be great for this role if Proven portfolio demonstrating design work across marketing or communication channels such as email, banners, and landing pages. Strong proficiency in Figma, including the creation and maintenance of components, templates, and shared libraries. Demonstrated ability to apply brand guidelines consistently across multiple formats and channels, with a sharp eye for detail and quality. Experience collaborating with non-designers, translating briefs into clear, effective visual outputs within tight timelines. Comfort working in a high-volume environment, managing multiple concurrent requests while maintaining consistent delivery standards.
