About the Role Developing and executing market strategies in collaboration with the international sales and marketing teams, focusing exclusively on offline distribution channels (e.g., travel agencies, tourist offices, selling points, and alternative point of sales) Overseeing and managing revenue streams and channel efficiency, proactively identifying and suggesting solutions to optimize channel performance in the designated regions Leading the acquisition and development of reseller partners, providing effective communication and support to meet their day-to-day business needs Driving the closing of commercial contracts and the execution of marketing campaigns to enhance the Flix portfolio in CEES Conducting competitor and market benchmark research to inform strategic decisions Managing CRM to ensure data accuracy and up-to-date information Collaborating with the team leader and head of sales to develop global strategies Managing local contracts, reporting market costs, and executing budgeting processes Providing regular performance reviews and updates to internal stakeholders Supporting and collaborating with one's own and other teams to ensure overall business success About You Bachelor’s degree in business or economics Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience Knowledge in partner management and hands-on case resolution Analytical, negotiation, and organisational skills driven by a proactive, creative mindset.
