In Short As the Senior Lead, GTM Readiness, you will play a pivotal role within the GTM Marketing team, reporting directly to the Head of GTM. driving operational execution and cross-functional readiness across go-to-market milestones. A core part of your role will be to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Marketing product inventory—ensuring seamless and timely procurement, tracking, and handover of samples and final products to key stakeholders. Bridging strategy and execution, you will lead critical operational workflows that enable team success across seasonal launches, key GTM moments, and long-term brand momentum. Your Mission Lead end-to-end marketing inventory procurement and operational readiness: Lead the marketing inventory lifecycle, from product procurement and fulfillment to handover across stakeholders, ensuring inventory availability aligns perfectly with all critical GTM milestones and cross-functional strategies, to enable Marketing content production for Commercial Briefing and Sell-ins meetings, Seeding initiatives, Global Campaigns, ecom shoots and more. Orchestrate cross-functional workflows: Partner closely with Product, Supply Chain, Brand Strategy, Marketing Studio, and Global Channels and Regional Teams to ensure stakeholder alignment, accountability and resolve logistical bottlenecks ahead of key milestones. Timeline and dependency management: Build and manage comprehensive timelines, organize milestones, track dependencies, and proactively mitigate risks to ensure smooth execution. System optimization: Lead the evolution of tools, systems, and reporting, identifying opportunities for automation and operational excellence. Milestone content delivery: Structure, consolidate, and project manage marketing inputs for critical GTM milestones to support executive decision-making. Your Story Typically we look for around 5+ years of GTM or Program Management experience preferably within a global consumer brand: proven track record of leading complex GTM operations or global program management across functions and global-regional channels within a consumer, sports, or lifestyle brand. End-to-end operational expertise: Exceptional organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail, capable of building scalable processes, managing sample/inventory workflows, and guiding deliverables smoothly from initial plan to live launch. Cross-functional leadership: Demonstrated ability to partner effectively across Product, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Technology teams, building trust, aligning diverse stakeholders and fostering shared accountability. Operational mindset: A structured, solutions-oriented approach to optimizing operational flows, elevating reporting and resolving bottlenecks in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
