We’re looking for a Lead Marketing Project Manager, Performance Sports to join our Global Marketing team with strong agency experience to lead global marketing campaigns across Performance: Run, Outdoor & Sustainability. Reporting into the Head of Marketing Program Management Run, Outdoor & Young Movers this role will own end-to-end global campaigns, lead and develop a small team, and collaborate closely with our creative studio, channels, and regional teams. If you’re a campaign project driver with a deep connection to performance sports — especially running — this is your chance to make even bigger moves. Your Mission Lead the strategy, development, and execution of complex global marketing campaigns across Run, Outdoor & Sustainability — from briefing to launch. Partner closely with creative, channel, and cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are cohesive, culturally relevant, and strategically aligned. Own campaign performance tracking, using data and insights to optimize impact and effectiveness. Anticipate challenges and solve problems proactively, maintaining momentum in fast-moving environments. Oversee campaign project management , ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met. Act as a strong advocate for our run and performance communities , ensuring every campaign resonates authentically. Lead senior stakeholder engagement ; demonstrating comfort in rationalising strategy and creative decisions and driving critical decision making. Your Story Typically we look for 5+ years of experience in campaign management within a creative or advertising agency, with experience leading projects and teams. Experience in sportswear, fashion, retail, or premium consumer goods is a plus! Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver multiple 360° marketing campaigns end to end , managing complexity across timelines and stakeholders. A strategic thinker who combines curiosity, initiative, attention to detail, and follow-through — while staying connected to the bigger picture. Organized and adaptable , able to navigate our fast-scaling growth environment and evolving priorities with focus and positivity. A passion for performance sports , with a connection to running, outdoor & sustainability culture that supports authentic storytelling will be needed to thrive in this position. Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills , with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and perspectives. Fluent or C1+ level English , as English is our shared professional language at On. Additional languages are welcomed and valued.
