Qualifications & Experience Requirements: N6 / NCV in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, or related field The skills we need: Computer Literacy Strong Attention to Detail Strong written and verbal communication skills. Attributes required: Collaborative Creative Energy Hands on Have an opinion and voice it Strong communication skills Strong problem solving skills Key responsibilities: Support Business Development Admins (BDAs) with day-to-day administrative tasks, seller correspondence, and account management activities. Prepare clear reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate sales performance, seller metrics, and marketplace insights to stakeholders. Collect, analyse, and interpret sales, seller, and marketplace data to support decision-making and continuous improvement. Assist in maintaining seller records, onboarding documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Monitor seller performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in identifying improvement opportunities and corrective actions. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Catalogue, and Customer Experience. Support the coordination and administration of promotional activities, deal submissions, and catalogue updates. Participate in problem-solving initiatives by identifying root causes, proposing practical solutions, and supporting implementation. Assist with seller onboarding support, listing quality checks, and ensuring data integrity across marketplace systems.
