At On, you’ll join a community of athletes, sports lovers, and innovation-driven individuals who aren’t afraid to think differently and move fast. As Strategic Key Account Manager Italy, you will act as the commercial leader for a portfolio of strategically important accounts, working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Merchandising, Product, Retail Marketing, Demand Planning and Finance teams. You will be a key voice within the Italian organization, helping shape distribution strategy, identify growth opportunities and ensure that On remains one of the most desirable brands within both the performance and lifestyle channels. YOUR MISSION Develop and strengthen strategic relationships with some of the most influential Nordic accounts, including sneaker stores, concept stores, and fashion-forward independents. Discover and onboard new accounts aligned with On’s Performance All Day vision and global brand direction. Guide sell-in and support sell-out with a clear focus on product storytelling, brand elevation, and curated assortments. Leverage data and market insight to guide assortment and account planning. Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to inform strategies and identify growth opportunities. Maintain sales-related budgets and support forecasting and demand planning processe YOUR PROFILE Experience: Typically 3–5 years of experience in sales, account management, or brand roles within the sportswear, fashion, lifestyle, or premium industry. We welcome candidates from international and dynamic environments (e.g., premium consumer goods, retail/wholesale, international brand roles). Cultural Connection: Passionate about style, culture, and community — with an authentic connection to the sneaker/streetwear world. Energy & Adaptability: Demonstrated strong commitment and motivation to work for the On brand, combined with the ability to grow and adapt in highly dynamic and cross-functional environments. Mobility: A valid driver’s license and the ability to drive are essential to fulfill job responsibilities. Language: Fluency or C1+ level in English (written and spoken) is required, as English is On’s shared professional language. Knowledge of a Nordic language is a plus.
