Responsibilities Own the complete product lifecycle and drive the strategic vision to enable enterprise capabilities. Define product requirements, prioritize the roadmap, and guide a cross-functional team of 12-15 full-time team members, including developers, designers, and analysts, to deliver maximum value to users and stakeholders. Translate business needs into technical requirements, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure successful product delivery. Regularly engage with client leadership, end-users, and technical teams to gather feedback, validate assumptions, and iterate on product features. Present product strategy and progress to executive stakeholders, onboard new tenants, and serve as the primary advocate for user needs throughout the development process. Balance competing priorities, make data-driven decisions, and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups to deliver a platform that truly serves client operations. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully.
