Your impact We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Junior Electrical Engineer. The ideal candidate is a proactive "go-getter" who can effectively engage with clients, quickly understand their needs, and convert conversations into business outcomes. What you'll do We are seeking a motivated Junior Electrical Engineer to support the design, engineering, commissioning, and delivery of innovative liquid-cooled data centre solutions. The role provides exposure to global projects and mission-critical infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Assist in preparing electrical layouts, SLDs, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts. Support load calculations, cable sizing, voltage drop, and protection coordination. Support electrical design for liquid-cooled data centre solutions. Coordinate with Mechanical, Controls, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Project Management teams. Participate in design reviews and technical meetings. Prepare BOMs, specifications, and engineering documentation. Support FAT, SAT, installation, testing, and commissioning. Troubleshoot electrical issues during commissioning. Prepare reports and maintain engineering documentation. Ensure compliance with IEC, NEC, IEEE, and company quality and HSE standards. Required Qualifications E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or related stream 0– 6 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates with internships are encouraged. ETAP knowledge is mandatory Technical Skills Knowledge of LV electrical distribution systems. Understanding of transformers, switchgear, UPS, PDUs, MCCBs/ACBs, earthing, and lightning protection. Ability to read electrical drawings. AutoCAD Electrical/AutoCAD proficiency. MS Office proficiency. Preferred: Revit MEP, ETAP/EPLAN, PLC/SCADA/BMS exposure, knowledge of TIA-942 and IEC standards. Competencies Analytical thinking and problem-solving. Attention to detail. Good communication and teamwork. Ability to work in multicultural environments. Eagerness to learn. Career Growth  Exposure to data centre electrical design, liquid cooling technologies, critical infrastructure, commissioning, and global engineering projects.
