RESPONSIBILITIES Full understanding of virtual servers and operating systems, block, file, and object storage, and data protection Full knowledge to install and configure high availability compute solutions supporting business critical functions Understands how the whole picture aligns to overall Ensono strategy Understanding of multiple scripting languages to develop solutions for automation and reporting Work in a team to design computer system configurations Design and document procedures to apply operating systems patches, code and firmware updates to systems infrastructure Participate in primary design meetings for Client disaster recovery planning Proficiency in Operating system installation procedure Implement storage and data protection configurations Research system vulnerabilities and provide documentation for future use implementing corrective actions as required Develop guidelines and procedures for systems management including process and efficiency improvements Monitor and tune systems to identify and eliminate issues and potential bottlenecks Prepare periodic reports related to capacity and utilization Design and implement advanced network configurations within the virtual server configuration QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8+ years of related experience or a Master's degree with 6 years of experience; or equivalent work experience Operating SystemsWindows 5+ years hands on administration of Windows OS environments and/or VMware 5+ years hands on administration of VMware environments and/or Linux 5+ years hands on administration with RHEL or other Linux environments Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, to include resources, priorities, and timelines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Results oriented team player who will work towards meeting team commitments Experience with system configuration automation (Scripting with Pearl/Python/Bash or DevOps tools like Chef/Puppet) Ability to mentor technical operations staff in appropriate technologies, as needed Understanding of the competitive landscape from both business and technical perspective is a plus AWS experience in designing, provisioning, monitoring and managing the environment is a big plus AWS Certifications such as SysOps Administrator Associate, Solutions Architect Associate and Professional ITIL Foundations Certified is a plus Preferred certifications: Microsoft Certified IT Professional ﴾MCITP﴿ / Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) / Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) / Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) / VMware Certified Professional – VCP / Red Hat Certified Engineer Experience with DevOps and Agile frameworks is a plus TRAVEL: up to 15%

If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.
Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully. Then check which countries have the volume you're targeting. Singapore, Poland, and Australia round out the top five after India and the US.
Next, learn who's hiring. Accenture has posted 2,801 engineer roles. andurilindustries, speechify, and jobgether are also actively recruiting. If you're applying to one of these names, research their hiring patterns and interview style before you apply. That homework pays off.
When you interview, expect the question every engineer hears: 'Tell me about a time you had to debug a problem that wasn't in your job description.' Have a specific story ready—not a general one. Name the tools, the deadline pressure, and what you learned. Hiring managers listen for whether you see problem-solving as part of the role itself, not a favour.
