About the role: Derivatives Sales is a client-facing revenue role with primary responsibility for the distribution of crypto options, structured products, and other derivative investments in the Americas. This role is critical to the continued growth of B2C2’s leading options franchise and requires product expertise, strong commercial capabilities, and a collegial approach. Duties and Responsibilities: Serve as Crypto Derivatives product expert with current and future clients Direct coverage of B2C2’s largest Crypto Derivatives clients in the Americas Work closely with Americas sales to promote Crypto Derivatives products, trades, and market color while expanding the Americas Crypto Derivatives client base Required Skills and experience: A minimum of 3 years experience in a client-facing Derivatives sales role Deep expertise in Crypto Options and familiarity with structured products Extensive knowledge of Crypto-native Americas Derivatives clients and a material book of business/relationships that is transferrable to B2C2 Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of options pricing models, software, and risk systems A degree in a quantitative field such as math, physics, or CS Benefits and Conditions: Competitive salary, bonus, and benefits package based on experience Role requires a minimum of 3 days a week in office A strong culture is a common denominator among the most successful companies and B2C2 is proud to be a values-based company.
