FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES Gestionar y optimizar campañas en Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads y LinkedIn Ads. Analizar métricas como ROAS, ROI, CAC, conversiones y KPIs. Desarrollar estrategias para incrementar las ventas de nuestros e-commerce. Generar y dar seguimiento a leads derivados a tiendas, ventas unitarias y mayoristas. Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento y optimización. Trabajar en coordinación con los equipos de Marketing y Comercial. REQUISITOS Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en Growth, Performance o Marketing Digital. Manejo de Meta Ads y Google Ads. Capacidad analítica y orientación a resultados. Experiencia trabajando con KPIs y objetivos comerciales. Deseable experiencia en e-commerce, Shopify y Google Analytics. REMUNERACIÓN Y BENEFICIOS Sueldo: S/ 1,800 + comisiones y bonos por resultados. Posibilidad de generar entre S/ 3,000 y S/ 5,000, según ventas y cumplimiento de KPIs.
