Job Description – The Magnum Ice Cream Company RD&I Intern Ubicación Ecuador, GYE Matriz Pacífica Center Tipo de Contrato Temporal 6 meses Línea de reporte Reports to: R&D Technical Manager Propósito del Rol Asegurar la correcta ejecución y seguimiento de pruebas y análisis de materiales en Planta Piloto e instalaciones industriales, mediante el acompañamiento técnico en ensayos y producciones asistidas, así como la generación de reportes detallados y el desarrollo de prototipos, contribuyendo a la validación y optimización de procesos y materiales. Responsabilidades clave Ejecutar y dar seguimiento a pruebas y análisis de materiales en Planta Piloto. Brindar acompañamiento técnico durante ensayos en Planta Piloto. Coordinar y apoyar pruebas industriales y producciones asistidas en planta. Elaborar reportes detallados sobre resultados de pruebas, materiales y hallazgos técnicos. Desarrollar y validar prototipos en Planta Piloto. Contribuir a la optimización de procesos y materiales mediante el análisis de resultados. Asegurar el cumplimiento de estándares técnicos y de calidad en cada prueba y proceso. Habilidades y Experiencia Habilidades Core · Disposición para aprender: Interés genuino por adquirir experiencia práctica y conocimientos técnicos. · Responsabilidad: Cumplimiento de tareas asignadas en tiempo y forma. · Comunicación básica: Capacidad para expresar dudas, avances y resultados de manera clara. · Atención al detalle: Cuidado en la ejecución de actividades siguiendo instrucciones. · Proactividad guiada: Iniciativa para apoyar, pedir feedback y mejorar continuamente. · Adaptabilidad: Apertura para trabajar en diferentes actividades y áreas operativas.
