As we aggressively expand our B2B footprint in Latin America, we are looking for a high-energy, entrepreneurial Growth Sales Manager to spearhead our market penetration. As the Growth Sales Manager for LATAM, you will be the driving force behind our B2B expansion in the region. You will own the entire sales lifecycle—from identifying high-value enterprise verticals (FinTech, Logistics, E-commerce, On-Demand apps) to closing deals with C-level executives. This is a builder role requiring a mix of strategic outbound sales, local market expertise, and growth-hacking execution. What you'll do: Drive Revenue: Own and exceed quarterly revenue and new logo acquisition targets across key LATAM markets. Pipeline Generation: Actively prospect, pitch, and close enterprise-level deals with companies that rely heavily on voice and mobile communication to reach customers. Strategic Positioning: Educate the market on how Verified Caller ID solves critical business metrics like call answer rates and delivery success. Local Ecosystem Building: Cultivate relationships with local telecommunications, cloud telephony providers, and CRM integrators to accelerate distribution. What you bring in: Experience: 5+ years of B2B SaaS, Cloud Telephony (CPaaS/VoIP), or Mobile Tech enterprise sales experience in the LATAM region. Market Network: An existing network of enterprise contacts (specifically in operations, customer experience, or product product lines) in major hubs like Colombia, Chile, etc Language: Native Spanish speaker with professional fluency in English.
