What you'll be doing (and why you'll enjoy it) You'll play a key support role to the External Sales team by processing and managing customer orders accurately and efficiently. From order capturing and documentation to coordinating with relevant departments to ensure on-time delivery, you'll keep the wheels turning smoothly. You'll follow up on outstanding orders, resolve queries promptly and maintain organised records, directly contributing to customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Where you'll be doing it Our client is a well-established and growing manufacturing organisation with a strong market presence and performance-driven culture. Collaboration sits at the heart of the business, with a supportive team environment that values accountability and shared success. Based in Randburg, the office operates Monday to Friday, 07:30 - 16:30. What you'll need A Matric certificate (non-negotiable) and at least one year's experience in an administrative role, having done quotes and invoices. You need to have worked on some accounting/stock system such as Sage. You'll bring strong attention to detail, excellent organisational and time-management skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-moving environment. Clear communication skills and a willingness to learn are essential. We're looking for someone that's young and dynamic.
