Your core role will be to lead the design, development, and deployment of intelligent software solutions that drive business value across the organization and client portfolio. You will be responsible for building scalable AI-powered applications, integrating Generative AI technologies into business processes, and delivering innovative solutions that enhance efficiency, automation, and decision-making. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering/Data Science or similar discipline with at least 5 years’ experience in Software Engineering, Full Stack Development, or a related technical role. You must also have hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying AI-enabled applications using Generative AI technologies, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, or Intelligent Automation platforms & proficiency with Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, .NET, React and Angular. DUTIES: Develop AI-driven applications, implementing Large Language Models (LLMs) Design intelligent automation solutions, Optimize system performance. Contribute to solution architecture, and ensure adherence to security, governance, and responsible AI practices. As a senior member of the technology team, the role also includes mentoring Developers, driving technical excellence, and contributing to the continuous evolution of the company’s AI and Software Engineering capabilities. REQUIREMENTS: Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. Experience/Skills - Minimum of 5 years' experience in Software Engineering, Full Stack Development, or a related technical role. Hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying AI-enabled applications using Generative AI technologies, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, or Intelligent Automation platforms. Strong proficiency in Python and experience with modern Software Development technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, .NET, React, Angular, or similar frameworks. Experience integrating APIs, developing microservices, and building scalable cloud-based solutions. Strong understanding of cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure, including AI and data services. Experience with Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and the deployment of AI-powered solutions in production environments. Knowledge of software architecture, system design, security standards, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps best practices. Advantageous - Experience within data-driven, analytics, financial services, credit risk, or enterprise technology environments. Relevant AI, Cloud, or Software Engineering Certifications.
