Production Supervisor

A leading chemicals manufacturing company is looking for an experienced Production Supervisor with strong experience in production, pneumatics, mechanical systems, and maintenance to oversee production operations and ensure efficient and reliable manufacturing processes in Germiston. Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily production activities. Ensure production processes are completed efficiently and according to required standards. Monitor and maintain production equipment and machinery. Identify and address mechanical and pneumatic issues. Coordinate preventative and corrective maintenance activities. Ensure production targets and operational requirements are met. Maintain a safe, organised, and productive working environment. Requirements: Minimum 3 years’ experience in a production or supervisory environment. Relevant qualification in production, mechanical engineering, maintenance, or a related field. Strong knowledge of pneumatics. Good mechanical and maintenance knowledge. Experience working with production machinery and equipment. Strong problem-solving and supervisory skills.
