Our client is looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales and Distribution Rep to join our Sales team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in identifying and developing business relationships with Key retailers, achievement of sales budget/targets, ensuring wholesaler and distributor sales are grown, and supervising the functions of Driver/Salespersons (DSP's) and Truck assistants. Duties and Responsibilities Call all retail customers and distributers as required. Maintaining good and consistent relations between Customers and the Company. Introduce and promote all company products and the pricing system to new customers. Check stock rotation and product availability at outlets. Ensure product visibility through Point of Sale (POS) material displays at outlets. Monitor DSP's sales budgets daily, weekly and monthly. Monthly route riding (check route list, service queries, km travelled times and control costs). Monitor competition activities in the market and report potential threats to Superiors. Generate weekly and monthly action plans for achieving market growth. Attend to and resolve customer complaints, grievances timeously and on product pricing. Ensure effective implementation of promotions for new markets. Ensure all DSP's sales budget daily, weekly and monthly. Monitor new customer's documents weekly. Liaise with Driver Salesman regarding delivery to new developing customers. Assist new customers with the day-to-day operations with regards to the sale of UNB products. Ensure stock availability to developing customers. Requirements Matric (Grade 12) Diploma in Sales and Marketing or equivalent 2-3 years' experience in Sales and Marketing within the FMCG sector Strong customer orientation. Ability to organise and manage multiple priorities. Problem analysis and problem solution skills at operational level. Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to make administrative and procedural decisions and judgement. Desired Skills: problem analysis problem solution skill Desired Work Experience: 2 to 5 years Desired Qualification Level: Grade 12 / Matric
