Overview: We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-oriented individual to join a busy retail healthcare environment as a Frontliner. This role is pivotal as the first point of contact for patients, responsible for creating a welcoming and efficient experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the practice. The ideal candidate will be well-presented, personable, and an enthusiastic individual who will serve as the first point of contact for our company creating a positive and welcoming experience for all clients and visitors. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist patients in a warm, professional manner Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups Handle incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries promptly and effectively Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all administrative documentation is up to date Support the team with general administrative duties and front desk coordination Assist with basic sales activities, including promoting products and services where appropriate Ensure the reception area remains organised, presentable, and welcoming at all times Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless patient experience Requirements: Strong interpersonal and communication skills Experience in the retail industry (advantageous) Professional appearance and demeanour Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Customer service and/or retail experience preferred Sales awareness with a proactive approach to assisting customers Reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn Strong team player with a positive attitude Key Competencies: Customer-focused mindset Time management and efficiency Problem-solving ability Adaptability and willingness to take initiative Working Environment: This role operates within a dynamic, patient-focused setting that requires a high level of professionalism, efficiency, and care in all interactions.
