Join a global consulting leader and take ownership of large-scale, end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations, leading multi-million-rand programmes for some of South Africa's top organisations. What You'll Do Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors programmes from strategy through go-live and hypercare. Manage cross-functional teams across Employee Central, ECP Payroll, Time, Talent, Recruiting, Learning, Compensation & Analytics. Engage C-suite stakeholders and act as a trusted HR transformation advisor. Oversee programme governance, commercial delivery, risk management, and solution quality. Drive innovation using SAP BTP, Joule, GenAI, Work Zone, and the latest SuccessFactors capabilities. RequirementsWhat We're Looking For 10+ years' experience delivering enterprise SAP HCM/SuccessFactors programmes. Led 5+ end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations, including multi-module programmes. Strong expertise in Employee Central plus Payroll (ECP) and other SuccessFactors modules. Experience managing programme budgets, stakeholders, and consulting engagements. Executive-level communication, leadership, and client engagement skills. Based in Johannesburg and able to work on client sites and travel nationally.
