A leading organisation is seeking an experienced Data Analytics Manager to lead the development and execution of a data and analytics strategy that drives business performance, innovation, and data-driven decision-making across the enterprise Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a modern data and analytics strategy aligned to business objectives Lead and mentor a team of analysts within a Data & Analytics Centre of Excellence Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, solve complex data challenges, and deliver impactful analytics solutions Design and maintain reporting, dashboards, and self-service analytics capabilities using modern BI platforms Drive data governance, master data management, data quality, security, and compliance initiatives Manage analytics projects from inception to delivery, ensuring quality, adoption, and measurable business value Promote a culture of data literacy and evidence-based decision-making throughout the organisation Collaborate with technology teams, developers, and business leaders to enhance data platforms and capabilities Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field 5+ years' experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Management, including leadership responsibilities Strong expertise in SQL, data management frameworks, and BI tools such as Power BI Experience working with large and complex datasets Knowledge of data governance, information security, GDPR, and POPIA compliance Exposure to Azure data technologies, databases, and version control platforms such as Azure DevOps would be advantageous Supply Chain analytics experience is highly desirable Knowledge & Technical Expertise: Business principles and process improvement methodologies Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Analytics problem-solving methodologies Database and data warehouse design principles Data modelling and data architecture concepts Data governance and master data management frameworks Systems & Technologies: SAP R/3 and SAP BW Microsoft Power Platform and Azure Platform Intermediate to advanced SQL skills SSIS, SSAS, and SSRS Tabular Editor Power BI and advanced Excel Azure DevOps and version control practices Key Competencies: Leadership and team development Stakeholder, relationship, and vendor management Business analysis and project management Strong communication and influencing skills Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability Planning, organisation, and negotiation skills Customer-focused mindset with a passion for driving business value through data This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic and hands-on analytics leader to shape an organisation's data and analytics capability, lead a high-performing team, and drive insight-led decision-making across the business Desired Skills: Data Analytics Manager Logistics
