Our Client is looking for a French-speaking Logistics Coordinator to join their team. Please note that this is a 6-month temporary (maternity cover) position. Requirements: Relevant Degree (minimum) Knowledge of Export Documentation / Legislative framework Knowledge of Incoterms French Fluency is a must The Role: Process shipping and invoice instructions daily Ensure the accuracy of freight costs on invoices Manage all ageing stock at the warehouse Primary point of contact with freight forwarders and logistics agents Ensure timely delivery of shipments to distributors Analyse monthly reports and communicate lead time variances to the sales team Run logistics reports (sales, lead times, loading schedules) Complete the Monthly Freight Forwarder provisions.
