Funciones: Diseñar y crear contenido para redes sociales y canales digitales. Planificar el calendario de publicaciones y campañas de comunicación. Generar contenido creativo que incremente el alcance e interacción con nuestra comunidad. Diseñar piezas gráficas, videos, reels, historias y contenido audiovisual. Fortalecer la comunicación interna mediante campañas dirigidas a los colaboradores. Crear estrategias de contenido orientadas a la captación de nuevos clientes. Analizar el desempeño del contenido mediante métricas e indicadores. Utilizar herramientas de Inteligencia Artificial para optimizar la creación de contenido. Mantener actualizadas las plataformas digitales de la empresa. Requisitos: Experiencia en creación de contenido para redes sociales. Predisposición para salir frente a cámara como expositor de proyectos Conocimientos en marketing digital y comunicación. Manejo de herramientas de diseño y edición de contenido (Canva, Adobe, CapCut o similares). Conocimiento y uso de herramientas de Inteligencia Artificial (Gemini, Canva AI, entre otras). Creatividad, iniciativa y orientación a resultados.
