Responsibilities: Act as the primary in-house legal resource for the company's operations in Vietnam and provide practical legal advice on Vietnamese labour, corporate, commercial, contractual, compliance and regulatory matters. Support the establishment and ongoing operation of the company's legal presence in Vietnam, whether through a representative office, foreign-invested LLC/company or other appropriate structure. Handle and coordinate Vietnamese... Law degree from a recognized Vietnamese university 4+ years of relevant legal experience, with substantial practical experience in Vietnam; in-house experience is strongly preferred.
