Position Summary: Support the Sovico Group Cloud Project through discovery, planning, RFP preparation, vendor evaluation, funding approval, and implementation preparation. Work closely with the Program Lead, architects, technology leaders, SMEs, and external advisors to transform discussions into requirements, decisions, documentation, and actionable deliverables. Key Responsibilities • Gather and document business, operational, and technical requirements. • Maintain requirements, assumptions, risks,... Qualifications • 3-8 years as a Business Analyst, Project Analyst, PMO Analyst, or similar role. • Experience supporting technology, infrastructure, cloud, data, or digital transformation initiatives is preferred. • Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and organizational skills. • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint). Language Requirements • Fluent Vietnamese (spoken and written) required. • Strong English required, with emphasis on written communication. • Comfortable reviewing technical/vendor documentation...
